A lovely lower alcohol wine with lots of fruit and a beautiful colour. We had to freeze 5 litre bottles of water every day and add it to the tank of wine twice daily. This helped to keep the fermentation temperature at 15 degrees Celsius, resulting in this unique wine. Only 350 bottles were made.
Dishes that will complement this Malbec Rose is Salmon, Duck, medium to rare Lamb, or Chicken.
A lower alcohol, lively pink, dry wine. Citrus, floral flavours and a hint of strawberry on the nose. A crisp finish with good acidity and floral and berry flavour on the palate.
